Itinerary
Day 01 Arrive:- Delhi Pick up from Rly Stn. / Airport. & transfer to hotel and check in. Overnight Delhi.
Day 02 Delhi:- Local Sightseeing Morning city tour of Delhi visiting Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana - the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Afternoon visit India Gate (War Memorial Arch.), Lakshminarayan Temple - a modern Hindu Temple. Also drive past President's House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 03 Delhi to Mandawa:- Today drive to Mandawa in the heart of the semi-arid Shekhawati region. Distance between Delhi to Mandawa is 280 Kms / 6 Hours by road
Day 04 Mandawa to Bikane:- Today explore the Mandawa Fort, located in the very heart of Mandawa a classic example of the famed Rajput style of architecture. It houses many beautiful paintings and frescoes that dazzle the eyes & have now been converted into a heritage hotel. Later drive to the princely state of Bikaner.Distance between Mandawa to Bikaner is 160 Kms / 4 Hours by road
Day 05 Bikaner to Jaisalmer:- Morning check out and proceed to Jaisalmer, the golden city of Rajasthan. In the late afternoon check in at hotel. Proceed to Sam for Camel Ride. Return back to hotel. Stay Overnight at Jaisalmer. Distance between Bikaner to Jaisalmer is 350 Kms / 7 Hours by road
Day 06 Jaisalmer:- Local sightseeing After breakfast check out from Tent(if stay taken). Proceed for sightseeing tour of The Golden City - Jaisalmer. Visit the 12th century magnificent fort at Jaisalmer (This is the highlight of the tour-Sonar Kella). Also visit the beautifully and magnificently carved Havelis of Salim Singh ki Haveli, Nathmal Ki Haveli and Patwon ki Haveli (Buildings dating from 12th to 15th century) and Gadisar Lake, followed by a visit to the Barabagh Hill (Bada Bagh). Return back to hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 07 Jaisalmer to Jodhpur:- After Breakfast & check out from hotel & drive to Jodhpur. Arrive Jodhpur and check in at hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight stay in Jodhpur. Distance between Jaisalmer to Jodhpur is 350 Kms / 7 Hours by road
Day 08 Jodhpur to Udaipur:- After Breakfast & check out from hotel. Depart for Udaipur. Arrive at Udaipur and transfer to the hotel. Udaipur, 'the city of lakes' is admired for its fairy-tale palaces, lakes, temples, and gardens among many more. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Udaipur. Distance between Jodhpur to Udaipur is 270 Kms / 6 Hours by road
Day 09 Udaipur:- Local Sightseeing Breakfast at hotel. Morning city sight seeing tour. Built in 1559 A.D. by Maharaja Udai Singh, the city has been described as the most romantic spot on the continent of India by Col. James Todd. The places of interest include City Palace which has several carved balconies, arches and decorated pillars, Zenana Mahal, Fateh Prakash, Durbar Hall and Shambhu Niwas. Also visit Jagdish temple, Sahelion-ki-Bari (queen's resort for the friends). Evening Motor launch cruise(Cruise ride not included) on the placid waters of Lake Pichola and enjoy scenic view of Sunset. Overnight stay.
Day 10 Udaipur to Pushkar:- via Ajmer Sharif Morning drive to Pushkar and enroute after stopping at Ajmer and Dargah reach Pushkar and check into your hotel. Pushkar is best known for its Brahma Temple built in the 14th century standing on a high platform near Pushkar Lake. This is the only temple in the world where Lord Brahma - Creator of the Universe, is worshipped. While Pushkar is a city of pilgrimage with over 500 temples and ghats, it is also famous for its annual Camel Fair, held during October/November. Visit temples and stay overnight at hotel. Distance between Udaipur to Ajmer to Pushkar is 300 Kms / 7 Hours by road
Day 11 Pushkar to Jaipur:- Local Sightseeing Breakfast at hotel. Check out from hotel and drive back to Jaipur. Visit Birla Temple and Jantar Mantar. Drive past Hawa Mahal & through the pink rose residential & business areas. Overnight Jaipur.Distance between Pushkar to Jaipur is 140 Kms / 3 Hours by road
Day 12 Jaipur:- Local sightseeing morning visit Amber Fort with an Elephant ride( at extra cost subject to availability) till the main entrance of the fort. Amber Fort was the ancient capital of the State. After photo stop at Jal Mahal, Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Evening free for shopping on own. Return to hotel for the overnight stay.
Day 13 Jaipur to Agra:- Via Fatehpur Sikri After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Agra en route visit Fatehpur Sikri, On arrival check in at hotel. Proceed for sightseeing visiting the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. If time permits later visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Return back to the Hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.Distance between Jaipur to Agra Via Fatehpur Sikri is 240 Kms / 5 Hours by road
Day 14 Agra to Delh:-i Visit the Taj Mahal, symbol of eternal love; which stands on the banks of River Yamuna.It was built by the 5th Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, with construction beginning in the year 1632, in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Later, visit Agra Fort, taken over from the Lodhis by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in the late 16th century. Finally visit the tomb of Akbar the Great located in Sikandra, a suburb of Agra. Drive Back to Delhi. Upon arrival transfer to hotel and check in. Overnight stay at Delhi. Distance between Agra to Delhi is 225 Kms / 5 Hours by road
Day 15 Delhi:– Local Sightseeing – Departure Breakfast at hotel. Check out from hotel. Visit to Qutab Minar, Himayun Tomb and Lotus Temple(Monday Closed). In time at Delhi Airport / Rly Stn for onward Journey.
